BEEHIVE SPRING MATERIAL, DESIGN, AND FACTS:

Valve springs are manufactured with super clean chrome silicon (SCCS) in Kobe, Japan (only SCCS alloy source in the world).  SCCS eliminates micro inclusions and voids found in cheaper inferior tool steel spring material (used in many aftermarket valve  springs).  Springs are coiled to my design prints,  squared at the top and  bottom. This provides accurate  location in cylinder head valve spring spring pockets as well as precise retainer fit at the top of the valve spring.  Once the springs are machined, they are  media blasted and clear coated to prevent the "super clean" raw material from oxidizing.  Post manufacturing and springs are shipped to me for  load testing and matching +/- 2% using my custom valve spring load fixtue with Ashcroft calibrated gauge.  Springs use thinner ovate coils with taller height providing coilbind clearance (@ .530"). Different diameter spring coils  eliminating  thinner dampner requirement. This provides valvetrain control with lower installed and peak loads. Load sheet provided with purcahse.  Drop-in dyno proven to 7000+ (Stock heads peaked at 5800).
